Deleting my payment information
If you wish to delete your payment details, simply make a request to Customer Services at hello@sharesub.com.
However, you must ensure that :
- You no longer have a current subscription, and that there are no scheduled debits on your payment card at the end of the month.
- You do not have any old payments still due at the date
If you are in one of these cases, you can request deletion once the payments are finalised.
